摘要
采用工作支持和心理幸福感量表对河北省288名高校教师进行问卷调查,探讨工作支持与高校教师心理幸福感的关系,研究结果表明高校教师的工作支持会显著影响其心理幸福感.
To explore the relations between college teachers’ work support and psychological well-being,288 college teachers in Hebei Province are surveyed about their work support and psychological well-being.The results show that College teachers’ work support has a significant effect on their psychological well-being.
