唇香草对油酸-内毒素序贯致ARDS大鼠心、肺的干预作用 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨唇香草预处理对油酸-内毒素序贯致大鼠ARDS过程中心脏及肺脏的保护作用。方法:32只健康Wistar大鼠分为对照组(C组)、实验组(OA组)、654-2药物对照组(OA+654-2组)、唇香草药物干预组(OA+唇香草组),观察测定左室收缩末压(LVSP)、左室舒张末期压力(LVEDP)、左心室最大上升速率及最大下降速率(±dp/dtmax)、动脉血pH、PaO_2值和PaCO_2。结果:OA+654-2组、OA+唇香草组大鼠PaO_2、LVSP、+dp/dtmax(kPa/s)均明显高于OA组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。OA+654-2组、OA+唇香草组大鼠左室舒张末压力、-dp/dtmax(kPa/s)均低于OA组(P均<0.05)。结论:在油酸-内毒素序贯致大鼠ARDS过程中,唇香草对大鼠心、肺具有一定的保护作用。 Objective: To observe the interference of chunxiang herb on the cardiac and pulmonary function in ARDS rats. Method: Thiry two healthy Wistar rats were divided into 4 groups, control group (C group), experimental group (OA group), 654-2 group(OA±654-2) and Chunxiang herb group (OA+ chunxiang herb). Then changes of pH, PaO2, PaCO2 in artery blood, also the ±dp/dtmax of left ventricular and LVSP/LVEDP were observed. Result: PaO2, LVSP, 4-dp/dtmax(kPa/s) in the OA+654-2 group and OA+Chunxiang herb group were all higher than those in the OA group, the differences were statistically significant (P 〈0.05) ; LVEDP and -dp/dtmax(kPa/s) in OA+654-2 group and OA+Chunxiang herb group were lower than those in OA group (P〈0.05), the results were statistically significant. Conclusion: Chunxiang herb could protect cardiac and pulmonary function in the process of ARDS.
