点压摄影技术对乳腺病变的诊断意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨点压摄影技术在乳腺疾病诊断中的应用价值。方法:对131例乳腺常规摄影所见的可疑病变用点压摄影技术检查后经病理验证,将两种检查方法做对照性研究,分别计算出两种方法对诊断乳腺疾病的特异度、灵敏度、似然比。结果:平片摄影和点压摄影技术对病灶的显示灵敏度分别为87.5%和92.5%,特异度分别为82.3%和86.3%,经过局部点压的图像,乳腺组织结构及病灶的清晰度增加,特别是病灶边缘显示更好。结论:点压摄影技术对乳腺疾病的诊断优于常规片,特别是对团状致密影、细小钙化、致密型乳腺病变性质的评估有重要的价值。 Objective: To investigate the utility of local point pressure photographic technique in the diagnosis of breast lesions. Methods: One hundred and thirty one cases of breast conventional photography suspicious lesions were tested by local pressure, and the results were compared and analyzed contrasting pathological results. Results: The sensitivity of X-ray photography and local pressure photographic technique with the 87.5% and 92.5%, respectively, and the specificity of the two were 82.3% and 86.3%. After local point pressure of the images, breast tissue structure and clarity of lesions increased, especially the focus infection showed a better edge. Conclusions: Partial pressure photography in the diagnosis of breast disease is superior to conventional breast films, especially in assessing the region of dense shadow, small calcification, and compact nature of the assessment of breast lesions.
