摘要
介绍了大型整车主模型中关于覆盖件模拟块位置精度控制的技术难点和要点,提出了合理布置调整机构及优化调整机构的思路,并且针对不同类型的整车主模型,实现了各种复杂形状覆盖件模拟块精确调整的方法,有效地解决了覆盖件模拟块位置精度控制的技术问题。
The technical difficulties and key points were introduced in controlling the position precision of covering panel＇s simulation block. A rational layout and the optimization idea of the adjusting mechanism were presented. According to different kinds of vehicle master models, different precise adjusting methods of the simulation block have been realized, which could solve the position precision controlling problem of covering panel＇s simulation block.
