摘要
在开发基于SolidWorks注塑模具CAD系统的过程中,为增强系统的自学习能力以及自行处理程序中断情况的能力,研究了读写函数在模具CAD系统中实现自学习功能的重要作用,以及在模具设计过程中发生意外中断或人为中止情况下,保证程序可以按照发生中止前的状态继续进行的方法。利用读写函数记录和提取数据库中模具设计的重要阶段的全部参数和状态,加强模具CAD的推理能力,减少程序中断带来的麻烦,增强了模具CAD系统的适应性,提高了模具设计效率。
During the development of injection mold CAD system based on SolidWorks, the read-write function was studied in order to enhance the system's capability of self-learning and automatically dealing with the interrupted procedures. The method was studied which could ensure the system continue to design mold when accidental or artificial interruption occurred. All the parameters and status of important steps in mold designing were recorded and extracted, thus the reasoning capability of mold CAD was improved, and the problems caused by interruption were decreased. Therefore, the adaptability and efficiency of mold CAD system were both enhanced.
