摘要
通过对复杂工件的分析,制定了其加工工艺方案。因华中HNC 21M车床数控系统不提供精车循环指令G70,故采用"二次精加工法"。介绍了二次精加工的对刀和运行操作方法以及特殊编程方法,该编程简单,刀具补偿量设置直观,节省了加工时间,提高了工作效率,满足了对复杂工件加工的质量要求。"二次精加工法"既适用于企业生产也适合于职业学校实训教学。
Through the analysis of complicated workpieces, the machining processes were determined. The twice-finishing method was adopted because the finish turning loop instruction G70 was unavaiable in Huazhong HNC-21M Lathe CNC system. Its tool aligning, operation and some special programming method were all introduced. The twice-finishing method was easy in programming, direct visual in setting tool compensation, and it could save machining time, improve efficiency and satisfy the machining quality requirements of complicated parts. It was suitable not only to industrial production, but also to training and teaching in vocational schools.
