宏程序在数控编程中的应用实例

Application of macroprograms in NC programming

通过分析目前国内常用的FANUC、哈斯、三菱数控系统,介绍了数控编程中使用宏程序的应用技巧以及宏程序的优越性。通过研究用户宏功能,指出宏程序是提高数控机床性能的一种特殊功能,提出了数控机床的功能在于开发的观点,给出了在相类似工件的加工中巧用宏程序的应用技巧,得出了结合自己常用的程序设计语言可以开发数控系统原来没有的功能并能起到事半功倍效果的结论。

By analyzing the NC systems commonly used in China such as FANUC, Haas, Mitsubishi＇s, the operation skills and advantages of macroprograms in NC programming were introduced. It was pointed out that macroprograms were special tools to improve the performance of NC machine and the functions of machines lay in development. Some skills of applying macroprograms in similar products were introduced. Through combining the familiar programming languages, some new functions of NC systems could be developed which might greatly improve the efficiency.
