摘要
对奥地利百禄公司制造的高级优质专用塑料模具钢和辅助塑料模具钢进行了研究,介绍了模具钢的类型、种类、化学成分、特性和用途,同时对各类塑料模具钢的合金化特点及原理进行了分析。结果表明,国外在塑料模具钢的设计方面对影响因素考虑全面,做到了性能的无缝化和整套模具材料配套的合理化,使制造的模具寿命高,让用户有更大的材料选择余地。
The high-level special plastic mold steels and auxiliary plastic mold steels were studied in this paper, which were produced by BOHLER, a company in Austria. The sorts, types, chamecal compositions, properties and applications of those kinds of mold steels were all introduced, and their different alloying characteristics and priciples were also analyzed. Results of the study showed that the influencing factors had been considered comprehensive- ly in the designing process of the plastic mold steels in some foreign countries. Thus the produced mold steels had better comprehensive properties and could realize the rational matching of materials in the whole set of mold, which could improve the tool life and provide more options in mold material selection.
