地方新成立本科院校为了在高等教育中持续发展,要进行科学合理的办学定位,以培养地方应用型高级人才为主要目标、以本科教育教学为中心、以服务地方经济和社会发展为导向、以地方特色为优势,重视学科建设和课程建设。

In order to realize their sustainable development, we should set a scientific and rational school-running direction for newly established local colleges. We should make training high-quality and application-oriented local talents as the main objective, under- graduate education and teaching as the center, serving local economic and social development as the orientation, and local characteristics as the advantage, attaching importance to discipline and curriculum construction.
