By implementing tutor system for medical students of junior college, we could compare the academic performance of various major students with or without tutors. 80% students of various majors were satisfied with their tutors. As for the same major and the same course, students with tutor＇ s guidance scored higher than those without. The implementation of tutor system for junior college students has improved the school＇ s overall quality of teaching, improved the students＇ quality and academic achievement.
