Influence and Future Development of Class Construction in University Student Moral Education

班集体建设是新时期高等学校思想政治教育的重要组成部分,是对在校大学生进行思想政治教育的重要载体。结合近年来思政教育的理论与实践,提出"专职辅导员-兼职班主任-班导师"三位一体的班集体建设体系,并对其应用前景加以展望。

University class construction is an important component of ideological and political education in the new period. It is a vital pathway in university students＇ moral education in our country. Based on theories and practice of moral education in recent years, this paper proposes a university class construction system of full-time counselors ＆ part-time teachers ＆ class directors, which is called triplieity. This system will be one of the most important pathways in moral education.
