彩色多普勒超声检测眶部外伤伴视神经损伤 被引量:1

The application and evaluation of color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of the orbital part trauma accompanying optic nerve injury

摘要 目的通过对外伤病人多普勒检查结果和分析,评价彩色多普勒超声在眼眶外伤合并视神经损伤临床上诊疗应用的意义和价值。方法采用U liram ark 9(HD I)彩色多普勒超声诊断仪,检查外伤组(临床诊断为眼外伤的38例38眼)和正常组(对照组,30例30眼)包括视网膜中央动脉和睫状后短动脉血流参数做检测,通过脉冲多普勒(PWD)检测血流频谱,定量测定血流参数,包括收缩期最大血流速度(Vm ax),舒张末期血流速度(Vm in),阻力指数(R I)等,检测数据做统计学分析。结果外伤组中所查伤眼的各血流参数平均值与正常组的比较差异均有统计学意义,P<0.01。结论彩色多普勒超声检查用于眼眶外伤合并视神经损伤,具有简单快捷、安全无创、结果可靠的优势,对病情损伤程度的分析评估、视功能预后判断及疗效的观察都有十分重要的价值。 Objective To evaluate the application of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of the orbital part trauma accompanying optic nerve injury. Methods The blood parameters of central retinal artery and posterior short ciliary artery in 38 patients with orbital part trauma (traumatic group ) and in 30 normal eyes (normal control) were measured by color Dopple ultrasound( Ulira- mark9 (HDI). The blood flow frequency spectrum was measured bypulsed wave Doppler (PWD) , and the blood parameters including systolic peak velocity (Vmax), end-diastolic velocity (Vmin) and resistance index ( RI), etcwere quantified and analyzed. Resuits There were significant differences in the above average parameters between traumatic group and normal control group (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions The results showed that the injury degree can be quantified and the prognosis can be well evaluated by using color Doppler ultrasound. This is a convenient, fast and safe method in the detection of the orbital part trauma accompanying optic nerve injury.
