计算机图像分析研究糖尿病视网膜黄斑拱环改变

Computerized image analysis and calculations of the foveolar avascular zone of macula lutea retinae in diabetic patients

目的研究糖尿病视网膜病变患者的黄斑拱环改变。方法将糖尿病黄斑拱环荧光造影片通过计算机图象分析仪进行测算分析。结果数据显示结果与正常组对照，拱环周长、垂直直径、圆度有显著性差异。结论黄斑毛细血管拱环改变与毛细血管扩张、微血管瘤、渗漏、硬性渗出等有关。

Objective To study the changes of the foveolae avascular zone in diabetic patients.Methods Analysis and calculations of the foveolae avasular zone were done with the computerized image analysis system.Results The date showed that the values of circumfereuce, vertical diameter and roundness of the foveolae avascular zone differed significantly from those of the normal control eyes.Conclusion The deformation enlargement and bound ary dismuption of the foveolae avascular zone were cause of the telangiectasis microaneunysms hard exudates,hemorrhages and edema.
