Ways and ideas of Energy Saving In Small and Medium-sized Coking Plant

从中小型焦化企业工艺和耗能现状出发,通过对其节能潜力分析,总结出适用于中小型焦化企业节能的途径和思路。着重围绕焦化企业消耗最大的能源-焦炉煤气节约措施进行阐述,包括降低煤气发生量、焦炉节能、剩余焦炉煤气的综合利用,还介绍了回收初冷系统显热、节约企业电耗以及加强企业节能管理等节能途径方面。

Aimed to the craft and energy consumption of small and medium- sized coking plant （SMCP） at present, ways and ideas of energy saving were summed up by analyzing energy saving potential. Energy saving measures of coke oven gas which was the most energy consumption were introduced, such as reducing the production quantity of coke oven gas, energy saving of coke oven and comprehensive utilization of surplus coke oven gas. Other energy saving ways including recycling sensible heat of preliminary cooling system, saving electricity consumption of SMCP and Strengthening energy conservation management were introduced, too.
