摘要 提出了一种实现井下有轨运输车快速安全复轨,改变原来低效、安全隐患大的人工直接作业模式的新型有轨运输车复轨器。此设备由横移液压缸、举升液压缸和具有较低工作点高度的提升托盘三大部分组成。采用液压作为动力源,以液压缸为动力执行元件,来实现机械的横移和举升,实现了自动化控制,使得运输车复轨效率大大提高。本设备采用T形槽作为横移轨道,加大了提升部分与运输车的接触面积,大大提高了复轨器的安全性和稳定性,具有良好的经济效益。 A new design of rerailer for underground track transporter is presented. Instead of inefficiency, unsafety and manually operated, this retailer can lead the track transporter in track quickly and safely. The rerailer consists three parts: transverse hydraulic cylinder, hoist hydraulic cylinder and raising tray, which has lower height of operating point. The equipment takes hydraulic pressure as power supply, hydraulic cylinder as power executive component, to achieve the sideslip and lift of the machine. The automation control increases the efficiency of orbiting the transporter. In addition, the equipment takes T-slot as track for lateral movement, which increases the contact area of the tray for lift and transporter, improvies its security and stationarity greatly. The machine can provide with good economic benefit.
