转轴免强度校核条件的研究

摘要 转轴直径既可根据扭转强度设计,也可根据弯扭合成强度条件设计,如果前者确定的轴直径大于后者确定的轴的直径,那么转轴的直径就可以只根据扭转强度设计,而免去弯扭合成强度校核。以煤矿机械中常用的减速器转轴为例,推导出转轴只有斜齿圆柱齿轮时的免强度校核条件,该推导过程对转轴受其他载荷情况下免强度校核条件的推导具有指导意义。 The determination of the rotational axle diameter size is according to the twist strength or bengding-twist strength. If the diameter size determined according to the twist strength is larger than that determined according to the bending-twist strength,the rotational axle diameter size is determined only according to the twist strength,while without the bengding-twist strength. That deduces the condition of helical gear without proof strength for example of gearbox used in coal machinery .The deducing course has the directive meaning for the deducing course of the rotational axle without proof strength in other load.
