摘要
以传统安全阀的设计方法为基础,设计了一种新型的液压支架双极保护安全阀,介绍了它的组成结构和工作原理。利用FLUENT软件并且结合C++对这种新型的安全阀进行流场模拟,得到了阀道的压力分布、速度分布和速度矢量分布图。最终证实了压力和速度在截流口处都很容易产生生气穴、气蚀现象,为大流量超高压安全阀的设计与性能分析提供了依据。
A new type of bipolar protection of relief valve of hydraulic support based on the design of the traditional method of relief valve was designed ,and the composition and working principle were introduced. Through flow field simulation for this new type of safety valve With FLUENT software as well as the use of C++ ,can obtain the valve road picture of pressure distribution, velocity distribution and velocity vector distribution in the closure of the mouth. Eventually confirmed that pressure and speed are easy to produce the phenomenon of cavitation.They provide a basis for design and property analysis of the valve on a series of important condusions.
