脉冲袋式除尘器内流场均匀性研究

Uniformity Study of Internal Flow Field of Pulse Bag Filter

借助Fluent软件对脉冲袋式除尘器内部流场进行了模拟分析,结果表明:脉冲袋式除尘器内部流场分布极不均匀,灰斗内存在明显的射流和回流现象,欲提高其分离性能及减少对滤袋的磨损,应从提高其内部流场分布的均匀性入手,如增设导流板和分布板。

The internal flow field of pulse bag filter is simulated by Fluent software.The results show that the/low filed distribution of bag filter is very heterogeneous. There is obvious jet flow and reflux inside the dust hopper. In order to improve the separation performance of pulse bag filter and reduce the bag wear, it should be started with improving the uniformity of flow field, such as adding baffle plate or distribution plate.
