摘要
通过对动平衡机不平衡量的幅值和相位的分析,采用间接法实现对不平衡量的精确采样。采用矢量合成法进行转子不平衡量的求解及解算,并建立去重模型(去重算法的分析)。在Delphi7.0软件平台上编程,实现该动平衡机不平衡量的解算和去重。
Through analysis the unbalance amplitude and phase of the dynamic balancing machine, use the indirect method to achieve accurate sampling with unbalance, Use the vector synthesis method to solve and solvers of the rotor unbalance, and to establish re-unbalance model that is（to re-algorithm analysis）. Through programming in the Delphi7.0 software platform, can achieve dynamic balancing machine of the unbalance of the resolution and to re-unbalance.
