摘要
为了保证辊压机用行星减速器行星架的设计合理性,利用ANSYS软件建立了行星架的有限元模型,并对行星架进行了有限元分析,得到了行星架的应力分布及位移,验证了行星架强度的可靠性,从而为行星架的设计和制造提供了可靠的数据和方法。
In order to assure the design validity of planetary carrier of the roller press planetary reducer. The FEM model of planetary carrier is built by ANSYS, and the strength is analyzed. The distribution of the deformation and stress of planetary carrier has been obtained. The strength of the planetary carrier reliability is proved. This gives a theoretical basis for the reliability optimization design and manufacture of the planetary carrier.
