摘要
设计了4种不同的冷拉加工工艺,对航空器结构铆钉用的2A10铝合金材料进行了加工处理。利用WDW3100型微机控制电子万能试验机和YSJ-C50/5型电子应变引伸计及奥林巴斯倒置式金相显微镜对4种不同冷拉加工工艺的试样进行了力学性能以及金相组织的测试、分析。实验结果表明,采用冷拉加工可提高2A10铝合金材料的抗拉强度和屈服强度,更能够提高合金的屈强比。
Aluminium alloy 2A10 was cold drawn into four deformable ratio, and the properties and the morphology of the alloy have been tested and analyzed. The results showed that the tensile strength and yield of the alloy increased with the raise of the deformable ratio, and the ratio ofδ0.2/δb also increased with the raise of the deformable ratio.
