摘要
介绍在西门子802D数控平台上构造了滚齿机的总体方案;通过系统电子齿轮配置使系统可以实现对直齿和斜齿齿轮的加工控制。对电子齿轮的实现进行了理论分析,介绍了电子齿轮分齿传动及差动传动的特点。
A total proposal for gear bobbing machining machine tool on the Siemens 802D NC platform was presented. Introduced a method of machining straight and oblique tooth gear by the electronic gear function of the system.By theoretical analysis on actualizing the electronic gear, a characteristic electronic gear teeth pitch division transmission and differential transmission wear introduced.
