摘要
分析了造成螺纹联接松脱原因,通过比较各种螺纹防松形式,提出改进螺纹防松的新方式,适当螺栓预紧力对螺纹联接非常重要,用力矩倍增器可实现大力矩拧紧。
Analysed the ultimate cause that make the thread loose. Compared the main method that prevent the thread from loosening, put forward a new type locknut. Appropriate initial tension is very important to screw thread and introduce how to get appropriate tension.
