摘要
介绍了煤矿水灾害事故抢险救灾工作中斜井抢排水时采用的新技术。为解决矿井突水事故发生后出现的机电设备浸水报废,巷道冲毁、巷道内大量泥沙淤积,以及部分地段巷道空间狭小等问题,设计了浮动式区域抢排水系统。采用大流量浮筏泵跟头追水,用柔性管道连接浮筏泵与安装在空间较大的高水平位置的大扬程接力泵,实现较强的排水能力,为治理煤矿水灾害,实现快速排水复产提供了先进的技术保障。
A new technique which is used in preemptive drainage in mine inclined-tunnel in the rescue and relief work of water disaster is introduced. The floating regional preemptive drainage system is designed to solve the problem after the accident of mine water inrush such as electrical and mechanical equipment scraped by water immersion, inclined-tunnel broken, the tunnel silted up by mud and sand and narrow space in some parts of the tunnel. A floating big delivery capacity submersible pump is used for preemptive drainage following the water head, which is connected with the secondary relayed pump installed at the place of bigger space and higher horizontal by flexible pipe. Thus realizes stronger drainage capacity of the system. The technique provides an advanced technique support for administering the mine water disaster and restoring production by quick drainage.
