摘要
针对当前基于STEP-NC数控技术的研究现状,分析了STEP-NC模型结构和AP203文件格式,提出了根据CAD三维模型数据文件,基于STEP-NC数控程序生成过程由译码预处理、特征识别、工艺设置和STEP-NC文件生成4个模块组成,并对每个模块的关键技术进行了阐述。通过三维CAD模型实例生成STEP-NC数控程序,验证该方法的可行性。
In allusion to research actuality of the numerical control technology based on STEP-NC, the model structure of STEP-NC and format of AP203 file are analyzed. The processes of creating NC program based on STEP-NC is made from coding pretreatment, character recognizing, technics setting and STEP-NC document creating from the model of 3D CAD, and pivotal technology of every model are expounded. Finally, the feasibility of the method is validated by example of 3D CAD model.
