摘要
论述了专家系统的模糊化过程,提出将模糊规则进行拆分,运用数据库来组织知识,用专家打分结果与经验数据统计来综合确定模糊关系矩阵值,有效地处理旋转机械振动故障征兆的不确定性问题,并用Java编程来实现系统的诊断推理。最后以一实例验证了系统的可靠性。
The fuzzification process of expert system (ES) is discussed. The vague rules that are proposed to be split. It is proposed to take the fuzzy rules apart, organize knowledge using relational database and to determine every element value of the fuzzy relation matrix through unifying marks that experts provide and empirical data statistical calculations. The uncertain situations of the failure of rotating machinery vibration deal with effectively. The function of fuzzy reasoning and diagnosis is achieved through Java programs. Finally, an example shows that the reliability of the system to be a good test.
