腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术的临床应用价值研究

Laparoscopic resection for adrenal gland neoplasms

目的:探讨腹膜后腹腔镜手术在肾上腺肿瘤切除术中的应用。方法:回顾性分析采用腹腔镜经腹膜后途径治疗肾上腺肿瘤27例。结果:全部病例手术成功。手术时间平均85min,失血量平均55ml,术中及术后均未输血。术后住院平均9d。结论:腹膜后腹腔镜肾上腺切除手术具有对组织损伤小、出血少、并发症少、术后患者康复快、住院时间短等优点,逐渐成为治疗大多数肾上腺肿瘤(直径≤8 cm)的金标准。

Objective To investigate the application of retroperitoneal laparoscopy in adrenal gland neoplasms. Method Twenty - seven cases with adrenal gland neoplasms treated with retroperitoneal laparoscope were retrospectively analyzed. Results All the operations were successive. The average operation time was 85 minutes and the average blood loss was 55ml. There was no obvious mass - blood loss and complication during operations. The average hospitalization time was 9 days. Conclusion Retroperitoneal laparoscopie surgery has the advantages of minimal invasion, little blood loss, fewer complications, earlier postoperative resumption and shorter hospitalization. It will be the golden standard of treantment for most of adrenal gland neoplasms gradually.
