摘要
通过对影响城市供水安全的水源地水量、水源地水质、水源地工程、城市供输水以及管理等因素进行分析,建立了城市供水安全综合评价指标体系以及可操作性的评价模型,并以嘉兴市为例,对2005年嘉兴市的城市供水安全状况进行评价。评价结果表明,2005年嘉兴市城市供水安全状况为不太安全。
The factors affecting the urban water supply safety were analyzed,including water amount,water quality and construction projects of water source areas as well as urban water supply,distribution and management. A comprehensive index system for the safety evaluation of urban water supply and a feasible evaluation model were established. Taking Jiaxing City as an example,the safety situation of its urban water supply in 2005 was evaluated. The results show that the safety situation of urban water supply in Jiaxing City in 2005 is not satisfactory.
