Current city has entered popular car era, but the urban pattern is still formed in cars aristocratic times more than 70 years ago. Walking, cycling, buses, cars, parking (static traff ic), etc. five sets of traffic system are mixed in one system. The harmonious traff ic potential of urban three-dimensional spaces is completely wasted. Now the city model has behind the times. Cities fail to make life more beautiful, but become the main producer of human suffering such as transport extreme congestion, frequent accidents, noise pollution. At the same time, poor urban patterns led to a waste of resources for human survival as high as about 80% and bring energy shortages, land subsided, high housing price. The city development can not be sustained. At present a simple partial rectification can not solve the urban problems from the root. The innovation’s core is a revolutionary way of urban space utilization in order to improve resource utilization as well as reducing the amount of vehicle traff ic. To put it simply, JD mode is that the city is racked up to the ground level. The roads all become express and the parking garage. And the fast road and parking garage roof form the elevated platform as a space for people to travel and activities, which the human and the car are completely separated.
