摘要
通过实验法,问卷调查法等研究方法,对体育教育专业学生在学习定向越野课程前后注意力的4个品质进行了分析。研究表明:通过定向越野教学,注意力注意的广度、注意的稳定性、注意的分配和注意的转移在实验前后有显著性差异;注意力的分配与百米定向成绩有中度相关。定向越野对提高注意力具有显著的影响。
By methods of documentary, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, the article analyzes the changes of four qualities in students'attenfion before and after the experiment. The research shows that there is great difference in width, stability, distribution, transference and characteristics of attention after the teaching of orieuteering; There is moderate relation between the result and distribution characteristics of attention. Orienteering has a certain impact on improving attention.
