摘要
文章介绍了一种高分辨率分布式光纤温度传感系统,该系统利用光波在光纤中传输时的拉曼散射效应,探测其背向拉曼散射光强度,并根据反射光强与温度的关系来进行传感光纤沿途温度的探测。文章详细探讨了系统的工作原理,搭建了实验平台,并进行了温度传感实验。实验证明,系统的温度精度达到0.1℃,空间定位分辨率为1 m。
This paper presents a high-resolution distributed fiber temperature sensing system based on spontaneous Raman scattering, which detects the density of the backscattering light and the varied temperature along the sensing fiber on the basis of the relationship between the reflected light density and temperature. In this paper, we discuss in detail the operating principle of system, set up a sensing system and perform a series of temperature sensing experiments. The results show that the system temperature resolution reaches 0.1℃ and its spatial resolution is 1 m.
