国内部分地区企业科技人才队伍建设对吉林省的启示

The implication of the construction of enterprise technology talents in some domestic areas on Jilin Province

在当前经济环境下,随着产品科技含量的不断提高,如何建设企业自身的科技人才队伍、如何更好地开发和利用科技人才队伍逐渐被企业重视起来。本文通过对长三角地区、珠三角地区、西部地区企业科技人才队伍现状的分析,根据我国其他区域科技人才队伍建设的特点及经验,探讨了吉林省科技人才队伍建设的对策。

With the continuous improvement of the technological contents of the products, the ways of constructing technology talents of enterprises and developing and making use of technology talents have been paid close attention under the current economical environ- ment. According to the characteristics and experiences of the construction of technology talents in other areas, this paper discusses the constructian of technology talents in Jilin Province by analyzing the current situation of technology talents of enterprises in the Yangtze delta, the Pearl river delta and western region.
