摘要
经济危机影响下的国外品牌快餐业面临着很多的困难,但对于中国本土快餐品牌意味着更大的机遇。本文分析了经济危机对中外快餐业的影响,讨论了中外快餐从文化、成本、环境、加盟及店面设计等问题,最后为中国的快餐业如何在经济危机下有更好的发展,提出了相应的对策。
Under the influences of economic crisis, the overseas brand fast food industry is facing many difficulties, which means that there are opportunities for local fast food brand. This article analyzes the influences of economic crisis on fast food industry between Chinese and foreign countries, discusses the problems from culture, cost, environment, leaguing, storefront design and so on. Finally, it gives the corresponding countermeasures in accordance with the development of Chinese fast food industry under the condition of economy crisis.
