改革开放以来,国际私法译著在我国大量出现。改革开放三十年国际私法译著的发展历程,体现了一定的特点,但仍然存在诸多缺憾。国际私法译著缺乏对发展中国家的介绍,整体水平有待进一步提升。因此,有必要深入剖析国际私法译著的未来走势。伴随着国际私法"多元化"和"趋同化"的国际趋势,国际私法译著未来可能呈现以下走势:国际私法的翻译更加具有专业化和更加与时俱进。

Since the reform and opening up to the outside world, a multitude of translated books on international private law have been published. The development of these books embodies specific characteristics, but there are still many defects such as the lack of the in- troduction of developing countries and the overall level remains to be further improved. Therefore, it is necessary for us to make a dee- per analysis on the trend of the translated books on international private law. Along with the international trend of diversity and conver- gence of international private law, the translated books on international private law may show the following trend in future, that is, the translation of international private law will be more specialized and keep pace with the times.
