摘要
为了研究大豆蛋白纤维/棉混纺针织物的热湿舒适性能与混纺比之间的关系,采用各种不同实验仪器对5种不同混纺比例的大豆蛋白纤维/棉混纺针织物的保暖性能,透湿性能,导热性能,冷暖感,透气性能,浸润性能等进行了测试分析。结果表明,随着大豆蛋白纤维含量的增加,大豆蛋白纤维/棉混纺针织物的导热系数逐渐增加,保温性逐渐下降,接触凉爽感越来越好。随着大豆蛋白纤维含量的增加,大豆蛋白纤维/棉混纺针织物的透气性变差,大豆蛋白纤维/棉混纺针织物的导水性能随着提高。
In order to understand the thermal-humid comfort property with the blended ratio of blended fabric, five kinds of blended fabrics are chosen and tested. The thermal property, permeability and the thermal conductivity are measured. By the analysis of the thermal-humid comfort properties, the following conclusions can be deduced that as the content of soybean protein fiber increases in the fabric, the thermal conductivity factor improves and the thermal retention property of the fabric decreases, cool feeling gets better and better, air permeability decreases and wicking effect increases remarkably.
