中国对外直接投资的现状与策略

Status and Policy of China’s Foreign Direct Investment

中国自实施"走出去"战略以来,大力鼓励有比较优势的各类所有制企业开展对外直接投资和跨国经营,推动中国有实力的企业通过对外投资不断发展壮大。论述了我国对外投资的现状,分析了我国对外直接投资中存在的问题,提出我国对外直接投资的对策。

With the implementation of ＂Go Global＂ Strategy, China has strongly encouraged all ownership enterprises which have comparative advantages to conduct foreign direct investment and transnational business, so as to promote the development of Chinese enterprises with strong strength through the foreign direct investment. In this paper, the author described the status of foreign direct investment, analyzed the problems in the foreign direct investment and put forward some countermeasures on it.
