摘要
对太原市物业管理现状进行了解析,并分析了形成原因,提出了太原市物业管理要从观念、管理和综合经营服务三方面进行创新的思路。
In this paper, the author analyzed the status and formation causes of property management of Taiyuan. The author also put forward three ways such as concept, management and comprehensive management services to accelerate ideological innovation of property management in Taiyuan.
