摘要
冷弯薄壁型钢作为一种高效经济型材已经被广泛运用于国民经济的各个部门,其承载力高,受力性能好,可以节约材料、减轻构件自重,具备良好的经济效益,开拓了主要借助优化截面形状而不是单纯依赖增加材料用量及改善材料特性来提高材料利用率的新途径[1]。本文以200mm高Z型檩条为例对冷弯薄壁型钢檩条截面作了更深入的研究,从檩条的高度、厚度、卷边、卷边角度、弯角半径等截面参数及实际工程运用方面作比较,通过综合比较,结合工程实践,得出较优的檩条截面。
As a type of effective and economical sectional material, cold formed thin-wall steel has been applied in many areas. Due to its high load-bearing capacity,good stress performance, it could economize material, lighten component weight and yield good economic returns. It carved out a new approach not only by increasing material quantity or improving material identity but also by optimizing the section form to improve material utilization. Illustrated by the 200 high Zshaped section, this disquisition discussed the way educing an optimized section compared by the performance of depth, thickness,lip,lip angle and appling in practical projects. As a result,it could drop construction cost,save material,and economize resource.
