高职院校学生党员素质提升之思考

On the Improvement of Quality of Student Party Members in Vocational Colleges

根据调查数据,指出当前高职院校学生党员质量存在的主要问题,从社会、家庭、学校、学生等多角度分析学生党员质量问题的成因,并围绕确立"质量第一"思想、入党前的培育、党员发展、入党后继续教育以及党的自身建设等方面,紧密结合高职特点,提出提高高职院校学生党员质量的途径与方法。

According to the survey data, the thesis points out main problems existing in the quality of student party members in vocational colleges. The paper analyzes the causes of the quality of student party members from the views of society, family, school and students. And the paper focuses on the approaches of establishing the principle of ＂quality first＂, pre-training, the personal development, secend education and self-construction of party members. It also provides a method of improving the quality of student party members in vocational colleges.
