普伐他汀联合杏丁注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效观察

Influence of Pravastatin Combination Xingding Injection in the Patients with Unstable Angina Pectoris

摘要 目的通过观察不同剂量普伐他汀联合杏丁注射液早期应用对不稳定型心绞痛患者血脂及C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)的影响,探讨其对不稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法选择入院后诊断为不稳定型心绞痛的患者118例,随机分为四组,①A组:常规治疗加普伐他汀20mg组30例;②B组:常规治疗加普伐他汀20mg及杏丁组29例;③C组:常规治疗加普伐他汀40mg组28例;④D组:常规治疗加普伐他汀40mg及杏丁组31例。分别在确诊后、治疗后3周检查血脂和CRP的水平。结果与治疗前相比,不稳定型心绞痛患者在分别接受上述治疗后,总胆固醇(Total choles-terol,TC)、低密度脂蛋白(Low-density lipoprotein-C,LDL-C)、CRP水平均有不同程度的降低(P<0.05)。其中与A组相比,其余三组的血脂、CRP水平均有不同程度的降低(P<0.05),D组的降低水平更为明显(P<0.01);加用杏丁注射液治疗后,高密度脂蛋白(High-density lipoprotein,HDL)水平有所升高,在D组升高尤为明显(P<0.05)。结论不同剂量的普伐他汀均可通过降低血脂及CRP水平来缓解不稳定型心绞痛的症状,达到治疗不稳定型心绞痛的作用,加用杏丁注射液后,其作用更为明显。 Objective To observe the influence of different dose of Pravastatin combination of Xingding injection on levels of serum lipid and C-reactive protein(CRP) in the patients with unstable angina.Methods 118 patients with unstable angina pectoris were randomly devided into four groups:①group A(n=30) was given 20 mg/d pravastatin;②group B(n=29) was given 20 mg/d pravastatin and 30 ml Xingding injection;③group C(n=28) was given 40 mg/d pravastatin;④group D(n=31)was given 40 mg/d pravastatin and 30 ml Xingding injection.Before and after 3 weeks of treatment,serum lipid and CRP were detected.Results Compared with the pre-treatment,the level of serum lipid and CRP decreased in the four treatment groups(P0.05).Levels of serum lipid and CRP in group B,C and D were lower than those of group A(P0.05).At the same time,combination Xingding,the level of HDL increased significantly,especially in the Group D(P0.05).Conclusion Different doses of pravastatin can improve the unstable angina through decreasing the levels of serum lipid and CRP;and when combination with Xingding injection,the influence was more significant.
