血热型银屑病患者血清白介素-10水平的研究

Serum Levels of Interleukin-10 in Patients with Psoriasis of Blood Heat Type

目的检测血热型银屑病患者经窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)联合凉血活血汤治疗前后白介素-10(IL-10)水平。方法酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法检测40例银屑病患者经治疗前后血清IL-10水平,25例正常人作为对照组。结果银屑病患者治疗前IL-10水平低于正常人(P<0.01),治疗后升高(P<0.05)。结论血热型银屑病患者IL-10水平低于正常人。Th1/Th2失衡可能在银屑病发病中具有作用,NB-UVB联合凉血活血汤可能通过调节免疫功能而发挥治疗作用。

Objective To determine the serum levels of interleukin-10（IL-10） in patients with psoriasis of blood heat type before and after treatment by narrow-band ultraviolet B（NB-UVB） combined Liangxue Huoxue decoction.Methods The serum levels of IL-10 in 40 cases of patients with psoriasis of blood heat type and 25 healthy controls were measured by ELISA methods before and after NB-UVB combined with and Liangxue Huoxue decoction.Results Levels of IL-10 was lower in psoriasis than that in controls（P0.01）.After the treatment,levels of IL-10 increased significantly（P0.05）.Conclusion There is low expression of IL-10 in patients with psoriasis of blood heat type.Th1 and Th2 unbalance perhaps plays an important role in psoriasis.NB-UVB with Liangxue Huoxue decoction may adjust the balance between Th1 and Th2.
