术后早期炎性肠梗阻38例诊治体会

Analysis of the Early Postoperative Inflammatory Iieus

目的探讨术后早期炎性肠梗阻(EPISBO)的临床特点、诊断及治疗。方法回顾性分析38例术后早期炎性肠梗阻临床资料。结果35例于术后5～7d发生,3例于8～14d发生。38例患者均经胃肠减压、营养支持、应用生长抑素和激素等非手术治疗治愈,平均治愈时间为14d。结论术后早期炎性肠梗阻多发生在术后1～2周,均具有典型的肠梗阻症状、体征,较少发生肠绞窄,主要原因为炎症粘连,保守治疗有效。

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics,dignosis and treatment of the early postoperative inflammatory small bowel obstructive（EPISBO）.Methods 38 cases with EPISBO were analyzed retrospectively.Results EPISBO occurred in 35 cases within 5 to 7 days after operation,3 cases within the 8 to 14 days after operation.38 patients recovered after conservative treatment including gastrointestinal decompression,nutritional support,somatostation,TPN and other medications.The mean cure time was 14 days.Conclusion EPISBO usually occurred within the 1-2 weeks after operation,all have typical symptoms and signs of the intestinal obstruction.Conservative treatment should be the first choice for EPISBO.
