高血压病社区管理研究进展

Advance of Research of Hypertension Community Management

目的探讨我国高血压病社区管理的研究进展。方法通过阅读文献,结合我国实际阐述高血压病社区干预、非药物管理、药物管理以及自我管理等方法的研究进展。结果高血压病是最常见的心血管疾病,严重危害人类的生命和健康,给家庭和社会带来了巨大的经济负担,成为全球范围内的重大公共卫生问题。而要解决这一问题仅靠医院的力量是远远不够的。结论利用社区卫生服务平台,对社区居民实施群体和个体的社区干预是高血压病管理的方向和途径。实施社区全人群管理,提高患者自我管理能力是提高高血压病治疗率和控制率的关键。

Objective To discuss the research progress of hypertension in the domestic community management.Methods The research progress of the methods of community intervention,non-drug management,drug management and self-management of hypertension were explained by literatures,combining with the reality of our country.Results Hypertension was the most common cardiovascular disease,which endangered human＇s life seriously and brought about enormous economic burden to families and society.It had become a major public health problem on a global scale.To solve this problem,only depending on hospital was not enough.Conclusion Using of community health service platform for community groups and individual residents of the community intervention was the direction of management of hypertension.Implementation of community-wide population management to improve skills of self-management was the key to improve the treatment and control rate of hypertension.
