康乐保-Lc2000型造口袋用于襻式肠造口的护理观察

目的探讨康乐保-Lc2000增强型造口袋在襻式肠造口中的应用方法及效果。方法将36例襻式肠造口患者(不包括原有造口黏膜发黑患者)随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组术后造口开放即使用康乐保-Lc2000增强型造口袋。对照组术后先采用传统方法用生理盐水棉球擦洗造口黏膜及造口周围皮肤,直到支撑棒去除造口周围缝线拆除后再使用一般造口袋。观察记录造口周围炎症、造口黏膜水肿、造口坏死、造口出血,造口护理时间及造口自我护理能力进行比较。结果在反映造口情况的各项目中,尤其每日护理造口所需时间和造口周围炎方面,观察组优于对照组。结论康乐保-Lc2000增强型造口袋用于襻式造口的护理中能较好的满足造口者及护理人员的需求,促进患者的身心康复。

Objective To explore the application method and effect of Coloplast-Lc2000 enhanced ostomy bag for loop type intestinal stoma.Methods 36 cases with loop-type stoma（not including the patients with original black stoma mucosa） were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was managed by Coloplast-Lc2000 enhanced ostomy bag when stoma is open;while the control group by traditional methods,scrubbing with normal saline until the support rods and the suture around stoma were removed,then general stoma bag was set.The inflammation around the stoma,stoma mucosal edema,stoma necrosis,stoma bleeding,nursing time for stoma,and the self-care ability of patients were observed and compared.Results The projects that reflected the status of stomas,especially the daily time required for stoma care and peri-ostium infection in the observation group was superior to that in the control group.Conclusion Coloplast-Lc2000 enhanced ostomy bag can satisfactorily meet the demand of the stoma and nursing staff,and promote the physical and psychological rehabilitation in the patients with loop-type stoma.
