临床护理路径在先天性心脏病患者介入治疗中的应用

Value of Clinical Nursing Pathway in Interventional Therapy of Patients with Congenital Heart Disease

目的探讨临床护理路径(Clinical nursing pathway,CNP)在先天性心脏病患者介入治疗中的应用价值。方法将2006-2008年收治的先天性心脏病患儿随机分成对照组和实验组,对照组实施常规护理,实验组实施CNP。分别统计患者住院日,住院费用及对医护人员的满意度,术后并发症发生率及治疗组各医生对护理的满意度等指标。结果CNP组患者的住院天数、住院费用、患者满意度、并发症的发生率均优于对照组。结论CNP可以明显缩短患者的住院天数,减少费用及术后并发症,提高患者满意度,同时提高了工作效率及护理质量、规范了护理行为。

Objective To investigate the application value of clinical nursing pathway（CNP） in the interventional therapy of patients with congenital heart disease（CHD）.Methods 145 cases with CHD from 2006 to 2008 were divided into control group（n=70） and CNP group（n=75）.The control group received routine nursing care,while the CNP group received care by clinical nursing pathway.The days and cost of hospitalization,incidence of complication and the satisfaction rate of patients and doctors were analyzed.Results The time and cost of hospitalization in the CNP group were obviously less than that in the control group（P0.01）.There were significant difference in the incidence of complication and the satisfaction rate between the two groups（P0.01）.Conclusion The using of CNP in nursing management can increase the satisfaction rate of patients with CHD,reduce the time and cost of hospitalization and the rate of complication,and improve the quality of nursing case.
