摘要
研究了Fenton试剂催化氧化法作为预处理工艺处理苯乙烯系树脂中间体废水的机理和最佳反应条件。试验结果表明,当废水的CODCr浓度为2 760 mg/L时的最佳反应条件为:H2O2投加量为4 mL/L,FeSO4.7H2O投加量为577 mg/L,pH值为3.94,H2O2∶Fe2+的物质量的浓度比为17,氧化反应时间为2 h,此时CODCr去除率达到38.7%,BOD5/COD值从0.126增加到0.334,出水可生化性得到显著提高。
The mechanism and optimal operating conditions at room temperature were studied when Fenton reagent was used as a pretreatment process to deal with 2760 mg·L-1 CODCr intermediates of resin for polystyrene style wastewater.The results showed that optimal operating conditions occurred when the dosages of 30% H2O2 and FeSO4·7H2O were 4 mL·L-1 and 577mg·L-1respectively,pH was 3.94,the molar ratio of Fe2+ and H2O2 was 17,reaction time was 2 hours,CODCr removal rate reached 38.7 %,and BOD5/COD rate increased from 0.126 to 0.334.The biodegradability of wastewater was improved.
