摘要
为了取得高效氧化亚铁硫杆菌(T.f菌),采用紫外线诱变处理,对照射1.5 min,3 min,5 min的菌株进行实验测试,结果表明,T.f3将Fe2+完全氧化由7 d缩短为5 d,并且在较低SO32-浓度范围内,Fe2+浓度与SO32-的氧化速率呈正相关性,但当菌液浓度一定时,增加Fe2+浓度,SO32-的氧化速率不会明显增加。
In order to obtain efficient ThiobaciUus ferrooxidans (Tf bacteria), use the ultraviolet induced to deal with, and make experiments to the Tf bacteria which is irradiated 1.5 min, 3 min, 5 min by the UV. The resuhs showed that the time of Fe^2+ completely oxidized was shortened from 7 d to 5 d by T. f3, and in the lower range of SO3^2- concentration, the Fe^2+ concentration and SO3^2- oxidation rate is a positive correlation,however, when the concentration of bacteria is certain, increase the Fe^2+ concentration, the SO3^2-oxidation rate is not significantly increased.
