试论电子政府协同公共服务思想

On the idea of collaborative E-government public services

从我国电子政府建设中公共服务部门缺乏协作的问题出发,提出了政府协同公共服务的必要性,进而从解决问题的角度,构思了电子政府协同公共服务思想的雏形。并从电子政府协同公共服务思想的形成与发展过程,揭示了这一思想的内涵与实质。

This paper aims at indicating the problem of lacking of cooperation during the process of public services and pointing out the importance of collaboration among different agencies. Thus, it is what the idea of collaborative E-Government public services means. Finally, it puts forward the essential meaning of the idea from its developing history.
