On the Factors that Influence College Students' Employment Views

从目前大学生就业观念中存在着许多不能适应社会变化所带来的就业问题入手,对于影响和制约这些问题的社会、学校、家庭和学生个人等方面的原因进行深入探究、思考分析,提出有益于大学生就业的对策。

This article starts from the current employment issues in college students＇ employment views, many of which can not adapt to social changes. It also discusses and analyzes the reasons that influence and restrict these issues from the aspects of society, school, family and students themselves, and provides some countermeasures that are beneficial for college students＇ employment.
