摘要
从科学素养、艺术素养、人文素养三方面阐述图书馆员职业素养的基本内涵。从职业素养形成的特点出发,探索图书馆员良好职业素养形成的途径。
This paper discusses the basic connotations of the professional qualities of librarians from the aspects of scientific quality, arts quality and humanity quality. It starts from the characteristics of forming professional qualities and probes the methods to form good professional qualities of librarians.
